This range of “AF” dust collectors is suitable for handling dust from shot blasting, powder coating, sandblasting, plastics, paper, corundum, glass, and more.
Constructed from 3 and 5 mm steel, it is particularly well-suited for handling abrasive dust. It is installed in all our booths and can replace existing dust collectors in your facilities.
With its robust and compact design, the dust collector can be used individually or in multiples, depending on the airflow to be treated. The motor-fan, with power ratings from 7 kW to 200 kW, is mounted on the roof. Airflow rates range from 9,000 to 240,000 m³/h.
The dust collectors arrive pre-assembled (see below). Installation and commissioning are quick and easy.
Our dust collectors comply with all applicable standards. Polyester cartridge filtration complies with discharge standards.

Ventilation and dust removal
Dust collectors are specially manufactured from thick steel to allow the processing of large quantities of abrasive dust.
They are a modular design and are pre-assembled and factory tested; their on-site installation only takes a few hours.
The cartridges are cleaned using a fully automated compressed air unclogging system.
The filter cartridges are made of reinforced 250 g/m² polyester for greater durability, three times longer than resin-coated cellulose cartridges. In the ATEX version, these cartridges are also antistatic.
Waste recovery is done in an easily handleable oil drum or with a sluice gate associated with a big bag.
The ventilation and dust extraction systems in our booths comply with all applicable standards and the recommendations of the CRAM (Regional Health Insurance Fund). The emission level is 1 mg/m³/h.
The fan motors are specially manufactured: they are mounted on a robust chassis with a rotation speed of 1500 rpm for optimal service life and low noise.
Asbestos dust extraction system: "DEP-CAB AMIANTE"
This type of dust collector is specifically designed for treating all types of dust containing asbestos.
The asbestos dust removal unit consists of:
A primary filter with self-cleaning cartridges compliant with ATEX standards, including:
– reinforced construction
– antistatic cartridges
– explosion vents
– non-return valve
– ATEX-compliant solenoid valves for cleaning
– airlock
– asbestos big bag
– continuous grounding connection…
ATEX-compliant asbestos filter consisting of:
– Asbestos pre-filter unit, F9 efficiency
– Asbestos absolute filter unit, H14 efficiency
– Fan motor controlled by an electronic speed controller
– Ductwork and chimney with an airflow measurement port controlling the speed controller
Electronic speed control is important to maintain a constant flow rate despite variations in pressure drop due to the filter cartridges.
Since the asbestos filters are disposable, the constant flow rate minimizes their replacement.
The treated flow rates range from 9,000 to 130,000 m³/h for power ratings from 15 kW to 400 kW.
The dust collector is manufactured and equipped in accordance with ATEX standards.
